The Churdan libfary board announced earlier this week that restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic make it too difficult to host the annual Halloween party for youngsters in the community.
“Let us only hope the pandemic will soon come to an end and some sense of normalcy will return,” said library board president Anthony J. Geisler
